Kayıtlarımızda Fotaş A.Ş. ortağı olarak görülmektesiniz. Fotaş A.Ş. nin 27.03.2006 tarihinde yapılan genel kurulunda alınan alternatif kararlar doğrultusunda, devre-tatil sisteminde kalmak ve zorunlu konaklama bedeli uygulamasına yükümlü olmak istemeyen ortaklarımız için bedelsiz olarak Bodrum-Akyarlar tesisine geçiş imkanı sağlanmıştır. Kayıtlarımıza göre “Devre-tatil hakkımı bundan böyle Bodrum-Akyarlar tesisinde kullanmak istiyorum. Fotaş A.Ş. ortaklığımın bedelsiz olarak Aktaş Akyarlar tatil Köyü A.Ş. ortaklığı ile değiştirilmesi için gerekli işlemin yapılmasını istiyorum. Bundan böyle Foça tatil tesisini kullanmayacağımdan, tarafıma zorunlu konaklama bedeli ödemesinin uygulanmamasını arz ve talep ediyorum.” alternatifini seçtiğiniz ve halen söz konusu işlemleri tamamlamadığınız tespit edilmiştir. Transfer işlemini, en geç 30.04.2012 tarihine kadar tamamlamayan Fotaş A.Ş. ortaklarının vermiş olduğu bedelsiz transfer dilekçeleri işlemden kaldırılacaktır. Bu sebeple vermiş olduğunuz bedelsiz Akyarlar tesislerine geçiş talebini bu tarihten önce sonlandırmanız gerekmektedir. Aksi takdirde gerek geçmiş ve gerekse bundan sonrası için zorunlu konaklama bedeli ödenmesi söz konusu olacaktır. En geç bu tarihe kadar işlemlerin bitirilmesi menfaatiniz gereğidir. Bunun dışında herhangi bir uyarı mektubu gönderilmeyeceğinden en geç bu tarihe kadar bütün işlemlerin bitirilmesi gerekmektedir.
